Han In Japan

I moved to Tokyo. Read about it here.

Chase has been busy touring homes and laying the groundwork for our life in Japan. Have you ever wondered what Japanese style detached homes are like? Look no further! Or do look further, if that’s your thing.

Below is the second home Chase toured, a standard Kanto house. Directly translated, Kanto means “east of the border” and refers to the Kanto region, which contains Japan’s largest plain and is very densely populated. The large metropolises of Tokyo and Yokohama are located in this region.

Chase’s description below:
“This pad is situated in a more rural patch just outside Yokota Air Base’s east gate. It’s brand new, but a much more standard setup compared to Cat House’s quirky vastness. Love the farmland, station access is decent, friendly for Stella the royal Golden Doodle. We’ll have to consider it. Not a lot of space for all the charming guests we want to host!”

We ended up passing on this house.

More to come!
